As with all live wallpapers this will not open from the market screen. This does not mean it is improperly installed! Simple navigate to the wallpaper settings as described above and select Celestial Bodies. From there you can tweak settings and apply the wallpaper. Read the included instructions (on the settings page) for a full explanation of available features.

added star/rainbow bursts to lens flare
modified lens flare visibility to be based on view distance instead of view angle
modified lens flare to derive its colors from the star's color
added coronal ejections
made escaping solar flares more visible
adjusted star colors
added "Wandering Eye" option to camera
finally removed that small jerk between transitions
lengthened default and max times for transitions/touring
adjusted planet ride view
re-organized preferences screen
