Fixed a critical crash that would occur when the application lost focus
Fixed hang when opponent's infantry in a jeep in a ferry tried to move that jeep onto an another ferry
Fixed issue where fast-forwarding an opponent's turn would occasionally yield a different result than to watching it at normal speed
Dead buildings no longer open up the fog
Added an option in "Settings" to toggle slower text dialogs
Friends list sorted correctly when picking someone to challenge
